Originally from Virginia Beach, Virginia, Denise's journey has taken her from the East Coast to Colorado Springs, Colorado, and now to Cheyenne, Wyoming—three communities deeply rooted in military tradition. These moves didn’t just shape her story—they shaped her passion for helping others navigate life transitions with confidence.

Denise brings a personal and professional connection to the military community. Having served in a civilian role with the U.S. Coast Guard and with her daughter currently serving in the U.S. Air Force, she understands firsthand the unique challenges of relocation, tight timelines, and finding a place to call home. As a Certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and dual-licensed Realtor® in both Colorado and Wyoming, she is committed to serving military families with clarity, care, and precision.

Before real estate, Denise built her career as a Physics teacher and later as a licensed Insurance Agent—two roles that continue to influence how she serves her clients today. Her background allows her to simplify complex processes, break down contracts in a way that makes sense, and help clients fully understand the financial and insurance side of homeownership.

Denise has a heart for education and service. She especially enjoys working with first-time homebuyers, guiding them step-by-step and empowering them to make informed, confident decisions.
