I am thrilled to introduce myself as your senior real estate transition expert, Denise Olson.
As a member of this community, I am committed to helping seniors and their families navigate the real estate transitions with ease and confidence.
My goal is to provide exceptional service to seniors and their families. If you're a senior that needs help arranging all the details of a move, or a family member unable to help your loved one move, I am a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist and I'm here to help.
Moving can be a stressful experience for seniors and their families. To help reduce stress, we make a plan and create a timeline for the move. This timeline includes tasks such as; decluttering, packing, arranging for movers, and connecting you with resources to get your home sold!
We manage the process from beginning to end, taking away as much of the stress of moving as we can. We will work with you to make sure that you get the best price for your current home and if you don't have something set up yet, help find a new one that meets your needs. We will provide you with the resources and expertise to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Giving Back
The phrase, “It takes a village” really resonates with me. I want our community to be a place where someone in need can find the services they need.
It says in Luke 6:28, “Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.”
When we all work together toward a common goal, that is when our community will truly prosper. I focus on organizations like, care and share, habitat for humanity, springs rescue mission and many of our community outreach through my church.
About Denise
I have lived in Colorado for close to 15 years, I’m originally from Virginia Beach. I love the ocean, but the mountains were calling to me. I love that there are thousands of hiking trails right in our backyard! My goal is to hike more 14ers with my husband and kids.
Prior to getting my real estate license, I was a physics teacher and licensed insurance agent. It is my passion to help support and educate people. I take my time to make sure all of my clients understand the home buying and selling process so that they are comfortable and feel confident in their decisions.
I am very active in my church and in my community. My family and I believe in service and giving back any chance that we can. Whether that is volunteering for our homeless community, CityServe Day, or helping our veterans, which is very dear to my heart. I am a certified American Warrior Real Estate Professional and honored to give back.
Serving my clients with the utmost integrity is my number one priority, as well as, creating long-lasting relationships. ou will not be just a client with me, you will become part of my family.
